To ensure a positive experience, I invite you to read this document and to agree with it.

The English version of this document is a complementary translation. The French version is the official one and prevails over this document should there be any discrepancies.

Audience

I serve feminine clients exclusively.

Rates

  • First visit (about three hours) : 150€
  • Hourly rate: 60€/hr (10€/10min)
  • Additional charge per visit for clients living further than one hour commute from Oupeye: 25€
  • Parking fees will be charged (unless there is a free alternative)

Payment details

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

We accept cash and bank transfers.

In case of cash payment, please have the exact amount ready (if possible).

In case of bank transfer, please wire the amount within five days. Do not forget to include the invoice number as reference.

Cancellations Fees

Rescheduling an appointment in case of accident or illness is possible and free of charge. I might, for the same reasons have to reschedule as well.

In case of cancellation more, the fees are as follow:

  • Up to three days before : 0€
  • Two days prior: 50% of the amount for the cancelled appointment
  • One day prior and same day cancellation: 70% of the amount for the cancelled appointment.

For example, in case of a 3 hour appointment, the fee is 90€ if cancelled 2 days prior and 126€ if cancelled less than two days before.

About the Home Organising Activity

I am here to help you declutter and to teach you how to do it on your own in the future.

From the start, we will work together until the end of the mission.

About valuable items

If you have valuable items you do not want me to see or handle, please remove them to a place we will not cover during the work.

About accidents and damages

Should I damage or break anything in your house during the mission, I am covered by a professional insurance.

Are excluded damages caused by a normal usage if the items were already worn out or damaged.

Please note that an insurance will only cover monetary loss and might not be able cover your sentimental loss

For example:

  • paintings, antiques, old ceramics, rare books
  • ancient pottery, fossils
  • luxurious objects and furniture, antique objects and furniture, luxurious lighting
  • gifts,
  • souvenirs

About things to throw away

I leave out to you to dispose of the items you do want to throw away.

About moving heavy objects

I cannot move heavy or voluminous objects.

About the security of children and animals

Please take all possible measures to limit access of children and animals to the work area. This is to ensure the safety of all.

About lunch breaks

When work sessions span across lunch time, we will decide together of a suitable timing. The pause will last 30 minutes at a minimum. The lunch break will not be charged.

About personal information

I will not share your personal data. 

During the mission, I will have to take “before-after” pictures. These pictures remains yours. I will dispose of them at the end of the mission if you wish so. 

If you allow me to keep them as example of accomplished missions, we will choose them together. 

Other points

During the work, I might have to use your electricity, water, cleaning gears and your toilets.
